Even if you can’t afford organic every time, it is good to seek out some organic fruits and veggies as often as you can to reduce the risk of pesticide exposure.  The Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce will help you determine which fruits and vegetables have the most pesticide residues and are the most important to buy organic.
